Ivory Jones, the daughter of superhero parents, never wanted to save the world or ever put on a pair of tights. But unfortunately for her, fate had a different plan. After witnessing her parents being killed by their former partner turned villain, Speed Striker, Ivory wanted to avoid the life of super heroics. And she almost did, but when an event triggered her enhanced human gene, she was set on the path of the superhero life as Rapid. As Rapid, she must defend the innocent people of her city from the wrath of her archenemy, Speed Vixen.
